1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14–30 days of delivery. (Choose your preferred timeframe.)

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Jewelry items must be unworn, with tags and protective packaging intact.

  • Home décor items must be returned in original, undamaged condition.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance and final-sale items

  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order products

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons) unless damaged on arrival


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective or damaged products

If the item you want is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return policy.
